Urea Formaldehyde

Urea-formaldehyde glue powder is a thermosetting resin made from urea and formaldehyde. It is commonly known as Plastic Resin Glue. This glue is nearly colorless, provides a strong bond, has a fast cure time, and is relatively inexpensive. It has long been considered to be a good, easy to use glue, but it is only water resistant, not waterproof.
